Manufacturing Overview
Our manufacturing capabilities include steel fabrication, aluminium fabrication, heavy, medium, and light machining, sheet rolling, robotic welding, inspection, surface preparation, blasting, painting, and finishing processes, supported by standardized quality checks at every stage.
With a production capacity of approximately 8,000 MT per month, advanced machinery, and skilled manpower, we support both high-volume production and project-specific manufacturing requirements with reliable delivery.
Built for Diverse Manufacturing Requirements
Different applications demand different levels of strength, precision, and durability. Whether manufacturing heavy structural assemblies, engineered components, or project-specific fabrications, every process is designed to deliver long-term performance.
From surface preparation that improves corrosion resistance to verification processes that ensure every component matches approved drawings, our integrated workflow is focused on delivering quality that performs in the field.
Process Technology Center Services
Material Preparation & Cutting
Precision from the start reduces downstream rework.
Every project at Anand Engineering begins with verified raw materials and precision cutting processes. CNC and laser cutting technologies ensure accurate profiles, dimensional consistency, and repeatable quality for downstream fabrication.
Forming & Shaping
Dimensional accuracy is critical for complex fabrications.
Rolling machines, hydraulic press brakes, and presses help achieve the required geometry and structural characteristics with consistency and precision, supporting accurate assembly and structural integrity.
Fit-Up & Assembly
Accurate fit-up reduces rework and supports faster project execution.
Controlled procedures, fixtures, and measurement tools ensure components are aligned and assembled according to design specifications before welding, minimizing distortion and improving overall fabrication quality.
Welding
Reliable assets depend on reliable welds.
Certified welders, approved welding procedures, and robotic welding capabilities ensure structural soundness, repeatable quality, and long-term performance in demanding industrial applications.
Inspection & Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
Defects identified before deployment become one less risk to manage.
Where specified, Non-Destructive Testing (UT, MPI, PT, and VT) is carried out to assess weld integrity and detect internal or surface defects. These inspections ensure that fabricated components meet stringent quality and safety standards before proceeding to the next stage.
Surface Preparation
Longer equipment life starts with proper surface preparation.
Temperature-controlled blasting removes contaminants and prepares surfaces for improved coating adhesion and enhanced corrosion resistance in demanding operating environments.
Coating & Finishing
The right coating minimizes maintenance requirements
Industrial coating systems and Hot Dip Galvanizing (HDG) processes are selected based on environmental and operational requirements to provide long-term protection against corrosion and wear.
Final Inspection & Dispatch
Installation-ready components help keep projects on schedule.
Final verification, complete documentation, and full traceability ensure every component is ready for dispatch, reducing site delays and supporting smoother project execution.
