Material Preparation & Cutting
Match head compounds are prepared under controlled conditions using approved formulations. Strict process controls are maintained to ensure uniform composition, consistency, and safe handling throughout this stage.
Fabrication & Welding
Fabrication using GMAW, GTAW, SAW, robotic welding cells, modular fixtures, and rotators, controlled by qualified welding engineers and CSWIP inspectors.
Inspection & NDT
100% quality inspection supported by FARO CMM, Easy Laser, UT, MPI, PT, VT, and dimensional verification, ensuring structural integrity and compliance.
Surface Preparation & Coating
Blasting and painting carried out in temperature and humidity-controlled booths, supervised by NACE and BGAS certified coating experts.
Final Assembly & Validation
Fit-up checks, functional verification, documentation review, and customer-specific acceptance processes.
Packaging & Delivery
